March 2023 5Pts Fun Ride: Firefly Warm Up Ride

Join us on March 15 from 6:15pm - 7:30pm as we warm up for the Firefly Ticket to Ride Annual Fundraiser Ride to raise funds and awareness for the continued develop of the Firefly Trail as they work towards getting it completed to Winterville and other sections.

This ride is a social ride. We will be pedaling at an 8-10mph pace. All skill levels and all bikes are welcome.

We will ride through 5pts to the North Oconee River Greenway where will ride the newest section recently opened through the Oconee Hills Cemetery. We cross Oconee Street at Mama's Boy and then head over to Dudley Park to pick up the Firefly Trail. From there, we will ride out to current end of the Firefly towards Winterville. Our ride will double back towards the new Race Track on Lexington Rd where we will cross again to pick up the North Oconee River Greenway. From this point we will cruise down the infamous Waffle House Hill, jump on the East Campus Bridge to make our way over to River Rd. We will climb Carlton and make our back to the shop via Lumpkin.
